THE HEART OF MISSOURI RIVER WINE COUNTRY

In 1832 the first Germans to arrive in Missouri brought along some of the greatest traditions!

COME AND ENJOY OUR HERITAGE

Welcome to Washington, a historic town along the Missouri River that IS "The Heart" of the Missouri River Wine Country.

Where people still use their front porches, children bike, and everyone will share a friendly hello. Historic brick houses line the streets and families take pride in their homes.

We've been a favorite place to visit, since Lewis and Clark stopped by in 1804. Missouri's first Germans established their vineyards on the rolling hillsides, and are still here sharing their hospitality.
